Yampa Valley Partners, a non-profit organization, has recieved a grant from the Governor's Energy office to be the regional Community Energy Coordinator for Moffat, Rio Blanco and Routt counties. There are 2 main objectives in the grant; one, to develop a regional energy plan with a community member group and two, to be a liasion between the GEO and their programs and the community.
