Payment and cancellation policies
Cancellation Policy
v Requests for registration refunds must be submitted to Yampa Valley Partners in writing. Substitutions are encouraged.
v For cancellations prior to May 1, 2010 a $25 processing fee will be applied.
v For cancellations after May 1, 2010 there will be no refund.
v If we receive no notice of cancellation, we will not refund any registration monies.
v Changes to your registration are subject to a $25 fee.
v Full payment must be received at the time of registration. Sorry no purchase orders or invoices.
v We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express through our PayPal account.
v We are grateful to the Craig Chamber of Commerce staff for handling our registration process.
